Faithful Family Life teaches skills of awareness and reflection to increase our understanding of what motivates our goals and behaviors so we can choose to invest in the efforts and relationships that lead to thriving.
We are born into a relational matrix, and we are continually shaped by the relational connections we call family. Practice reducing negativity while nurturing empathy, vulnerability, and compassion in our significant relationships.
Learning and growing can be more fun when we share the journey with others facing similar challenges. Sometimes we can feel alone or think we are the only ones struggling, but rarely is that the case. Community encourages connection.
